Expected Seasonal Earnings: $50,000 - $110,000 per year (on average)

Who We're Looking For:

• Door to door sales experience is recommended. We provide thorough training, but previous experience in Pest Control sales is a huge plus.
• Fluent in English and/or Spanish; being bilingual is an advantage but not required.
• Able to walk 5+ miles per day and stand for long shifts in all weather conditions.
• Motivated by uncapped commissions. Prior sales, customer service, or public-facing experience is a plus but not required.
• Clean, approachable appearance and demeanor that screams trustworthiness (think “someone you’d invite into your home”).
• Willingness to complete training and memorize proven sales scripts.
• Valid driver’s license, clean background check.
• Full-time availability(9-hour shifts) from May through September.

• Having reliable transportation is required.

• Relocate to our Austin, TX or El Paso, TX office for the summer and live in team provided housing
• Knock doors and pitch top-tier pest control and lawn solutions to homeowners.

• Represent our brand with confidence and hustle.

Our pest control sales consultants typically earn between $40,000 and $100,000 per season, combining commissions, performance bonuses, and profit-sharing opportunities.
