Pest Control Sales Representative

Prospect Promotions is looking for a Pest Control Sales Representative to help expand our new Pest Control client. The Pest Control Sales Representative is responsible for promoting Pest Control solutions to communities throughout Phoenix in an effort to increase our client’s brand awareness, new customer acquisition and sales performance metrics. You are also responsible for staying up-to-date on pest control services, pricing information, and industry competition to maintain a competitive edge for our client. 

Our newest campaign is unlike any other. As the Pest Control Sales Representative, your ultimate goal is to conduct exciting presentations and generate new leads for our client. 

Pest Control Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Master our sales systems and procedures through classroom-style training and one-on-one mentorship 
• Deliver compelling and informative presentations to homeowners on a daily basis about the benefits our client’s pest control service options
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including networking, referrals, and community events.
• Gain a deep understanding of our client’s pest control service offerings and solutions including treatment methods, safety protocols, and environmental impact, to effectively educate and inform potential customers.
• Walk customers through the sales process including service enrollment, pricing, and expectations
• Identify pest control sales opportunities through repeat business and referral opportunities to increase sales metrics

Pest Control Sales Representative Qualifications:

• Experience in sales, account management or applicable customer-facing role 
• Strong self-management capabilities and networking skills
• The willingness to learn various pest control services in order to become an incredible asset to the client and partake in expansion opportunities
• Excellent communication skills including ability to build rapport with all personality types
• Efficient and effective problem-solver 
• Must be well organized with effective time management skills and have the ability to manage multiple tasks
