As a Pest Control Supervisor, you're incredibly important to keeping our operations running smoothly! You're the master organizer, making sure our technicians are where they need to be when they need to be there. Checking in daily with your team means making sure they've got everything they need – from tools to paperwork.

Your awesome communication skills and knack for problem-solving mean everyone, from team members to customers, always has a great experience. You're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and jump in the trenches, supporting your team and making sure things are running smoothly out in the field. Working with the Branch Manager, you help us hit our goals and be the best in the pest management biz!

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A PEST CONTROL SUPERVISOR

We're looking for someone who can work a minimum of 40 hours/week while meeting the following qualifications:

• High school degree or equivalent (college preferred)
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to multitask
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Conflict resolution skills
• Ability to operate internal applications and software (Paycom, PestPac, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc)
• Proven track record in achieving sales results
• Strong organizational skills
• Basic math skills
• Ability to pass any state regulatory agency-required licensing exams
• Ability to work 40+ hours/week
• Availability after hours (including weekends/holidays)
• Current driver's license and a clean driving record
• Industry experience (preferred)
