Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Pest Control Technician who is ready to step into a versatile role. This position is perfect for someone who is not only skilled in pest control but also willing to contribute to sales efforts and become a universal technician capable of handling various tasks within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections, identify pest issues, and apply appropriate pest control solutions.


• Maintain accurate records of services provided and materials used.


• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through excellent communication and professionalism.


• Engage in sales activities, including upselling services and generating leads when opportunities arise.


• Demonstrate versatility by taking on various responsibilities, including assisting with training and mentoring new technicians when needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Pest Control Technician (minimum of 1 year preferred).


• Valid pest control certification and license in Florida.


• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain services and solutions effectively.


• Sales experience or a willingness to learn and engage in sales activities.
