Pest Control Technician

Description

• Build and maintain good customer relations with our customers
• Maintain and service all route customers according to company standards and procedures Complete and submit daily service reports as required
• Keep management informed of any problems encountered on service routes
• Look to implement effective solutions whenever possible
• Advise customers of potential problems
• Maintain service equipment and vehicle in clean and proper operating condition.
• Maintain a safe driving record
• Complete federal, state, local and company required training programs for proper certification.
• Creative lead generation with in-field prospecting, cold calling and networking with past relationships whenever possible
• Other duties as assigned.
• Assist on other routes and services as required by management when needed. Maintain a positive attitude.

Requirements

• Independent and confident personality
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Current clean driving record is required
• Prior pest control experience is a plus
• Ability to interact on a professional level with our customers and with our support staff in the office
• Excellent time management skills
