What You’ll Do:

As a Pest Control Technician, you'll be the face of Rose in your community—serving clients in a dedicated territory, inspecting properties, solving pest issues, and delivering peace of mind.

• Provide pest control services to homes and businesses
• Build relationships with customers, explain services, and answer questions
• Think critically to diagnose pest issues and apply effective treatments
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional services
• Manage your route and schedule independently using a company-provided vehicle
• Stay current with training and safety practices—we provide all the education and certifications you need
