PAYNE PEST MANAGEMENT is growing and looking to add PEST CONTROL TECHNICIAN NIGHT ROUTE to our first-class service team. We are looking for self-motivated professionals capable of working with a team or out on their own. You must be customer focused, with strong communication skills and a great work ethic.

Pay

• $31-$35 per hour paid bi-weekly
• $250-$1000 New Hire Signing Bonus for employees with current Applicators or Branch 2 licenses.

Work Schedule

• MUST be willing to work evening shifts: 1:00 am – 9:30 am, Monday – Friday
• The ability to report for duty on time for scheduled shifts is mandatory

Responsibilities

A PEST CONTROL TECHNICIAN NIGHT ROUTE is responsible for identifying and eliminating pest problems. These services include but are not limited to:

• Safely applying pesticides to the interior and exterior of commercial buildings.
• Setting and baiting rodent bait stations.
• Bird control and clean up.
• Gopher and ground squirrel control.
• Bee services include hive removal, honey removal, and wall intrusions.

Our Team is trained in maintaining a working partnership with businesses, and property managers within Los Angeles. This position is responsible for performing Pest Control services in the Los Angeles area. • Minimum of 1-2+ years of Pest Control experience preferred.
• Applicators License and/or Field Representative II (2) license issued by the State of California.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Effective English communication skills.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and present information in small groups.
• Physical capability to perform job duties, including lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions and with PPEs.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
