Job Details:

• Assisting the Branch Manager with daily operations to achieve branch and company goals.
• Position requires interaction with Pest and Termite Technicians, Account Managers, Customer Service Representatives, and Support Center Personnel.
• Coaching and counseling of employees when required
• Management of applied driver safety technology
• Maintaining a clean, presentable fleet of vehicles
• Comprehension and knowledge of pest control products and their application
• Chemical inventory ordering and management
• Approval of payroll and time-off requests from direct reports

• Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written and Verbal
• Valid Louisiana or Texas Driver License
• Background Check and Drug Testing Required
• Frequent Physical Exertion such as: bending, kneeling, stretching, & carrying up to 50lbs.
• Ability to Work Independently with Minimal Supervision
• Analytical and Organizational Skills
• Knowledge of PestPac, Paylocity, and Google Products is Preferred
• Pest and Termite Field Experience is Preferred
