Responsibilities

• Client Support & Coordination: Provide a positive, empathetic experience as the first and last point of contact for pet parents, from check-in to check-out.


• Schedule Management: Create, update, and own the daily clinic schedule, ensuring the flow of appointments runs smoothly.


• Team Collaboration: Work alongside veterinarians, technicians, and fellow associates to deliver top-notch care for every patient.


• Problem-Solving: Remain calm under pressure, handling in-clinic issues with professionalism and efficiency.


• Communication & Guidance: Offer reassurance to pet parents, ensuring they know their furry family members are in excellent hands.

What Catches Our Eye 

• Veterinary/Animal Industry Background: Prior experience in a veterinary clinic or pet care setting.


• Exceptional Customer Service: Proven success delivering memorable client experiences.

Compensation & Benefits 

• Competitive Base Pay: $19–$23/hour to start with potential to grow based on performance.
