Del Sol Solutions, a premiere facilities management service company, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Day Porter to join our team. As a Day Porter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our clients' facilities. This is an immediate opportunity to be part of a loving and enthusiastic team that values integrity, character, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning building floors (vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, sweeping)
• Gathering and emptying indoor trash
• Clean, service and resupply restrooms
• Clean windows, mirrors and other glass surfaces
• Engaging in building security and safety activities (checking and locking doors, checking electrical appliance)
• Moving equipment, supplies, and furniture
• Informing managers about required repair and maintenance activities
• Maintaining tools and equipment needed for Custodial duties

Qualifications:

• No formal education required
• Ability to work Monday to Friday on-site
• Must have proven working experience as Janitor or related work
• Must be trainable and open to learn and act in accordance with the Del Sol standard
• Must be able to respond and act quickly
• Must have strong multitasking skills
• Must have reliable transportation
• Musr be able to pass a CJIS background check
• Bonus: A working knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies
