Job duties include, but are not limited to, the following: 

• Performing aseptic technique in a biosafety cabinet (BSC) with routine maintenance of mammalian cell cultures (typically maintained for 2–3 months in support of in vivo models), including feeding, passaging, cell counting and viability assessments.


• Preparing biological tissue samples and perform established assays with radiometric detection (gamma counter, liquid scintillation counting) and "cold" detection by LC-MS/MS.


• Maintaining and upkeep of analytical instrumentation, including HPLC, LC-MS and other analytical platforms as needed.


• Operating and maintaining an automated liquid handling system (Hamilton STAR).


• Following all laboratory safety practices, including those related to working in an environment where radioisotopes are used in PET imaging agent development (training provided).

Job requirements include, but are not limited to: 

• BS – Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology or related field with 1-3 years of industrial laboratory experience (preferably pharma).
  


• Very strong attention to detail and safety as well as problem-solving skills.


• Demonstration of excellent team player skills.


• A high level of learning agility and the ability to work across functions.


• The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the leadership and communication skills necessary to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment with flexibility and an adaptable approach to goal delivery.

This is a day shift position (approx. 8a-5p local time).
