Pharmacist Opportunity:

Pharmacist Responsibilities:

• Providing patient education on medications and health management
  


• Compounding special medications when needed
  


• Developing an individualized medication plan for patients
  

Pharmacist Qualifications:

• Previous hospital experience required
  


• Doctor of Pharmacy or BS Pharmacy degree required
  


• Must have a Texas Pharmacy License or be eligible to obtain one
  


• Must have or be willing to obtain PALS, BLS, and ACLS Certification
