What You'll Do

Medication Review & Management

  Conduct routine drug regimen reviews for residents

  Identify drug interactions, duplications, and inappropriate medications

  Optimize medication therapy for improved outcomes

  
  

Dispensing & Distribution Oversight

• 
  

  Ensure accurate dispensing of medications (unit-dose/blister packaging)

  Support timely and efficient medication delivery to care facilities

  
  

Collaborative Care

• 
  

  Partner with physicians, nurses, and administrators

  Provide expert recommendations on drug therapy and disease management
