This position is Full-Time with locations being in West Virginia, (Princeton) Kegley and (Bluefield) Bluewell.

Job Objectives:
This position plays an important role in supporting the Centers mission by assisting in the delivery of safe, accurate, and cost-effective pharmacy services while supporting compliance with HRSA 340B Drug Pricing Program and all applicable federal and state regulations.
Ensure medications are dispensed in accordance with 340B eligibility requirements, maintaining program integrity and preventing diversion and duplicate discounts.
Maintain accurate records and documentation to support 340B compliance, inventory accountability, audits and regulatory reporting.
Collaborate with the Centers leadership, compliance personnel, and contracted 340B administrators to maintain compliance with HRSA guidance and organizational policies.
Monitor Pharmacy purchasing, inventory management, and dispensing practices to ensure compliance with 340B program requirements and applicable state and federal laws.
Participate in internal and external audits related to pharmacy operations, the 340B Program, and regulatory compliance, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
Assist in developing, implementing, and maintain pharmacy policies and procedures that support safe medication practices and compliance with HRSA, 340B, DEA, FDA, CMS, West Virginia Board of Pharmacy and other applicable regulatory requirements.
Ensure all pharmacy operations are conducted in the accordance with professional standards, and the mission of Bluestone Health Association, Inc.
Requirements:
Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an ACPE-accredited school or college of pharmacy.
Current, active, and unrestricted license to practice pharmacy in the state of West Virginia, maintained in good standing with the West Virginia Board of Pharmacy.
Successful completion of all pre-employment requirements, including credentialling, background check, and drug screening.
Obtains necessary certifications, licensing, credentialing, and training.
Knowledge of applicable federal and state pharmacy laws and regulations, including DEA requirements, HIPAA and controlled substance regulations.
Knowledge of the HRSA Health Center Program and the 340B Drug Pricing Program, or the ability to obtain competency through employer-provided training.
