The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for maintaining pharmaceutical dispensing functions, including clinical review functions, in accordance with all legal and
regulatory requirements. Provides pharmaceutical care and products to all neonate, child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients,
including inpatients and outpatients. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other
related duties as assigned.
MINIMUM EDUCATION: Graduate of accredited College of Pharmacy
PREFERRED EDUCATION: NA
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Hospital Internship Rotation
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Hospital experience
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE: Possession of current Texas State Board of Pharmacy License
PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE: IV Admixture Certification
REQUIRED COURSES/ COMPLETIONS (e.g., CPR): NA
