Now Hiring for the Following Roles:

• Pharmacy Technicians – Qualifications: GED/Equivalent + PTCB or ExCPT License.
• Licensed Pharmacists – Qualifications: Bachelors Degree from an accredited school of Pharmacy AND/OR PharmD + active state Pharmacy license, Arizona (unrestricted)
• Pharmacy Supervisor – Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy; PharmD preferred including 1 year residency
• Pharmacy Manager – Qualifications: Bachelors Degree from an accredited school of Pharmacy OR PharmD (preferred) + active Pharmacy License (AZ preferred); 1-year residency (PGY1) preferred

General requirement - Active BLS certification OR within 90 days of hire

General Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in preparing medications, managing inventory, and providing excellent patient service.
• Dispense medications, counsel patients, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and maintain quality assurance standards.
• Lead the pharmacy team, manage budgets, and ensure efficient and high-quality pharmaceutical care.
• Dispense medications accurately and ensure proper administration to patients.
• Conduct patient assessments and provide immunizations as required.
• Manage inventory and maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care and medication management.
• Utilize pharmacy software for record-keeping and medication compounding.
• Provide education and support to patients regarding their medications and health conditions.
