Pharmacist - Rewarding Work

Title: Pharmacist

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:30a-6p

Location: Onsite at Phoenix, AZ Location

Description:
As a pharmacist, you will be responsible for dispensing prescriptions for specialty drugs serviced at our local specialty site. This position is responsible for interacting with health care professionals and delivering high quality, thorough medication counseling and transcribe prescriptions and performing clinical follow up.

What You Will Do:

• Perform drug utilization review, clinical documentation, and quality assurance.
• Prescribe clarifications, therapeutic interventions, and prescription entry.
• Communicate with patients and prescribers by telephone and in person.
• Performs other related projects and duties as assigned.

You Will Be Successful If:

• Knowledge of basic computer skills.
• Strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills, detail orientation, and positive attitude are important for this position.

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Pharmacist required.
• An Active AZ Pharmacist License in good standing required.
• Minimum of 1 year Pharmacy experience in retail, clinical, or hospital setting preferred.
