Our concept, based on skincare layering, is designed to effectively target skin concerns and maintain healthy, glowing skin. With best-in-class formulations and powerful active ingredients, Helwé has gained widespread recognition in Beirut and is expanding throughout Lebanon. Following the success of our boutique in Achrafieh, we are opening a new shop in Antelias and seeking a qualified pharmacist to join our team as a full-time job.

Shop Manager

Role Responsibilities:

• Customer Consultations: Conduct skin consultations and recommend products tailored to customers' skin needs.
• Customer Education: Educate customers about product ingredients, benefits, and usage.
• Sales Promotion: Boost sales through cross-selling and upselling, and promote
• products.
• Customer Relationship Management: Manage customer care, CRM, and maintain and
• send routine records to customers.
• Inventory Management: Manage product inventory.
• Visual Merchandising: Arrange stand layouts and product displays.
• Sales Reporting: Provide daily reports on sales and customer insights.
• Marketing Support: Support marketing campaigns, influencers and initiatives with on-the-ground feedback.
• Content Creation: Develop in-store content.

Role Requirements:

• Interest: Skincare, Cosmetics, Beauty
• Language Skills: Fluent in French, English, and Arabic.
• Education: Pharmacy

Compensation:

• Competitive salary (higher than pharmacies), paid in fresh dollars
