Licensed pharmacist whose primary responsibilities are in the operation of the Central and Satellite Pharmacies' activities including purchase, storage, distribution and dispensing of inpatient and outpatient drugs. Also responsible for participating in data collection activities related to QI, ADR, medication errors and department workload data. Actively participates in hospital and community education programs.
Qualifications: 1. Bachelor of Science or Pharm. D. from accredited School of Pharmacy. 2. Licensed by the LA State Board of Pharmacy in Louisiana. 3. Basic computer literacy. 4. Experience with computerized unit dose and IVAS program desirable.
