Pharmacist-Specialty -FT

Coordinates delivery, as necessary. Coordinates care (with a multi-disciplinary team) directly with patients and caregivers. Works with other team members and outside entities (insurance companies, PBMs, manufacturers) to obtain/verify patient financial responsibilities Minimum Level of Education Required: Bachelor's degree § Type of degree: Doctorate or Bachelor degree in Pharmacy § Area of study or major: Pharmacy Minimum Level of Experience Required: 1 - 3 years of job-related experience § Posses good interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communications skills and problem solving skills. § Able to read and write printed material in English. § Posses ability to work well with other health care workers and perform as a team member. § Must be customer-service minded. § Must be licensed by the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy
