Pharmacy Compliance Assistant

Compensation

• Non-exempt, hourly
• The standard wage range for this role is $26.47 to $31.11 per hour.
• It may be possible to earn more over time up to $35.75 per hour.  

Work Schedule: 40 hours, Mon-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Job Summary

As our Pharmacy Compliance Assistant, you would be responsible for assisting the Pharmacy Compliance Manager in assuring compliance with 340B Program requirements, pharmacy rules and regulations, and third-party contracting requirements.

• Possesses a basic level of written and verbal communications skills, computational and computer skills and mathematical knowledge at a level typically acquired through completion of a general studies high school program.
• Ability to work independently.
• Must have general office skills, including data entry and computing skills.
• Keyboarding speed of 30 wpm.
• Must have ability to use office equipment (fax, photo copier, phone system).
• Must possess excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications (not required):

• Knowledge of the 340B program
• Experience working with Microsoft programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
• Previous pharmacy experience in an outpatient setting.
