HireNow Staffing is actively seeking an experienced and licensed Pharmacy Manager to join a reputable healthcare organization in either Easton, Pennsylvania or Junction, Texas. If you're a strategic, detail-oriented leader with a passion for pharmacy operations and patient-centered care, this role is designed for you.

Position Overview:
As a Pharmacy Manager, you'll oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and lead a team of pharmacists and technicians. You will play a critical role in optimizing workflow, enhancing patient outcomes, and ensuring a high standard of pharmaceutical care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage pharmacy operations and supervise staff performance

• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies

• Oversee medication dispensing, inventory control, and quality assurance processes

• Foster a culture of safety, efficiency, and customer service

• Collaborate with healthcare providers and leadership to improve care delivery and outcomes

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or bachelor's in pharmacy (BSPharm)

• Active pharmacist license in Pennsylvania or Texas (as applicable)

• Minimum 2-3 years of pharmacy management or leadership experience

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of pharmacy systems and regulations (state and federal)
