Responsibilities

Completes clinical rotations under the supervision of preceptors in each specialty

Provides pharmaceutical care and completes assigned project(s)

Compounds, prepares, mixes, manufactures and dispenses medicines and preparations in accordance with pharmacy law and accepted standards of practice

Review appropriateness of current medication therapy

Provide drug information to physicians, nurses, and other health professionals

Perform and document significant clinical findings and actions

Ensure all legal and organization requirements are met

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

Current Idaho Pharmacy Extern/Intern License

Must have Valid Idaho Pharmacy License
