About the Role:

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Shipping & Delivery Escalation Analyst (PCR III) to join our team. In this role, you'll support the account management team in maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring deliverables are met, and helping drive overall client satisfaction. This is an ideal position for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow within a client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a point of contact for day-to-day client support and coordination.
  
  


• Assist in managing ongoing projects, timelines, and deliverables.
  
  


• Help prepare client reports, proposals, and meeting materials.
  
  


• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met.
  
  


• Track and update account details, shipments (UPS), and communications.
  
  


• Support the Account Manager(s) with administrative and operational tasks.
  
  


• Attend and take notes in client meetings and follow up on action items.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 0–2 years of experience in account management, customer success, project coordination, or a related field.
  
  


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  


• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  
  


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  
  


• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools; familiarity with CRM or project management software is a plus.
  
  


• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).


• Certification: Pharmacy Technician certification required.
