Liberty Software is a healthcare technology company that develops software for retail pharmacies across the country. We are seeking a Product Analyst with strong attention to detail and a strategic mindset to contribute to significant projects within a collaborative and supportive environment.
The Product Analyst will evaluate product capabilities and needs, drive feature design, and document functional requirements.

This is an in-person position working out of our Grapevine, TX office.

Job Responsibilities include:
Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and understand project requirements
Produce and refine software design, ensuring alignment with user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility
Create and maintain comprehensive software design documents to guide development implementation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new product features and enhancements
Present new features to product management and development teams
Analyze product data to identify capabilities and areas for improvement
Review and evaluate legal and technical documents required to implement and maintain product compliance
Contribute to the overall strategy and roadmap for product development
Assist in spring planning and management to ensure timely delivery of product features
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
Five (5)+ years of healthcare experience especially within the pharmacy industry or software product analysis experience preferred
Understanding of agile development methodologies and software development process
Experience with agile tools like Jira or similar platforms
Experience with SQL-Based Data Exploration & Visualization tools
Senior Pharmacy Technician experience a plus
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
