Grow professionally and personally as you work in the top medical facilities in the Twin Cities Metro area.  This immediate need is in a Medication Therapy Management Department in St. Louis Park.

Schedule: Monday- Friday 8a-4:30p.

Pay:  $30.74 to $34.86/ Hour depending on experience

Essential Job Duties:

• Working in referral ques


• Manage quality adherence concerns 


• Assisting with Inbasket management


• Preparing refill requests 


• Assist in scheduling patient visits


• Coordinate and execute multiple Medication Therapy Management (MTM) engagement campaigns for high priority patient populations, including proactive outreach

Requirements:

• A healthcare degree such as a Pharmacy Tech or Medical Assistant is preferred. Bachelors degree in Business or Health Care Administration would also be a fit.


• Experience in a pharmacy setting, preferably 2 years.


• Proficient in Excel


• Proficient with the EPIC system


• Strong written and verbal communication


• Excellent attendance and punctuality
