Job Description - Pharmacy Tech

Description

Pharmacy Tech Fulltime benefited position 30-40 hour per week.

Under the direct supervision of a registered pharmacist, perform specific job responsibilities authorized by the Idaho Board of Pharmacy rules and regulations.
- Assist pharmacist in recording and dispensing medications
- Show competency on IV technique yearly
- Oversee Pyxis program
- Timely and accurately document all pharmacy transactions
- Prepare IV syringes following proper procedure
- Maintain Emergency Room drug inventory and supplies.
- Prepare State narcotic report monthly if needed
- Other duties as assigned
