Job Title: Pharmacy Tech (Fridley, MN)
Location: Fridley, Minnesota
Pay: $19.87 – $22.87 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday with varying shifts of 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM, 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM, or 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM; Saturday and Sunday shifts of 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM or 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Pharmacy Tech for a 2-week contract opportunity with the potential to convert into a full-time position. In this role, you will work under the direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist and be responsible for supporting prescription fulfillment, IV preparation, and medication prepackaging while ensuring accuracy and compliance with pharmacy standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support prescription fulfillment
• Prepare IVs
• Prepackage medications
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with pharmacy standards and regulations
• Assist with data entry for prescription processing and reimbursement support
• Help prepare medications for dispensing
• Support the pharmacist in final prescription checks
• Coordinate accurate and timely delivery to customers
• Maintain inventory
• Receive and rotate incoming medications and supplies
• Track lot numbers and expiration dates
• Assist with physical inventory
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, including equipment checks for calibration, safety, and cleanliness
