Job Title: Pharmacy Tech (Hudson, MA)
Location: Hudson, Massachusetts
Pay: $19.87 - $22.87 per hour

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Pharmacy Tech for a 2-week contract opportunity with the potential to convert into a full-time position. In this role, you will support pharmacy operations in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and will be expected to assist across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support a filing project expected to take approximately 40 hours
• Assist with pharmacy tech order support, including making boxes and loading or unloading ice
• Answer phones and take messages
• Track down labs for faxing
• Pick and pack items such as syringes, gauze, and ice
• Support dispatch by scanning orders into the system, reviewing for accuracy, and printing labels
• Work under the direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist
• Assist with filling prescriptions
• Prepare IVs
• Enter prescription data
• Prepackage medications
• Support final prescription checks
• Coordinate timely deliveries
• Maintain inventory
• Track lot numbers and expiration dates
• Assist with physical inventory
• Help maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Ability to support multiple pharmacy and operational functions in a fast-paced environment
