Pharmacy Technician

Description

River Valley Health is seeking a full time (benefits eligible)  Pharmacy Technician. The Pharmacy Technician will provide administrative support to the Pharmacist, perform office duties such as answering telephones, data entry, and filing, participate in pharmacy inventory management, stock working areas, and collect payment and insurance information. This position will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all patients presenting at the pharmacy.  The pharmacy tech sometimes delivers prescription orders to patients using a company vehicle. Occasional Saturday work may be necessary.

Requirements

This position requires a high school diploma. At least one year of pharmaceutical experience is preferred.
