Pharmacy Technician

Pharmacy Technician – Specialty Medications Liaison | Onsite - Manhattan, New York | Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours

We’re a growing, mission-driven organization focused on helping patients overcome the barriers to accessing specialty medications—whether financial, social, or clinical. As a Pharmacy Technician on our team, you’ll work onsite at one of our partner medical centers, collaborating closely with physicians, pharmacists, and patients to ensure seamless medication access and adherence.

What You’ll Do:

• Support patients with prescription refills, medication adherence, and pharmacy education


• Navigate insurance claims, prior authorizations, and appeals


• Communicate with care teams to keep everyone aligned on patient progress


• Help patients overcome access barriers to specialty medications (oncology, neurology, infectious disease, etc.)


• Track and document patient interactions and pharmacy workflows


• Contribute to a collaborative, problem-solving team culture

What You Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED (required)


• National certification (PTCB or NHA) (required)


• 2+ years of pharmacy technician experience (3–5 preferred)


• Strong communication, organization, and initiative


• Experience in a clinical or specialty pharmacy setting is a plus

Job Salary: An employee in this position can expect a salary rate between $64,350 and $70,000 plus bonus pursuant to the terms of an any bonus plan if applicable. The actual salary will depend on experience, geographic location, and other factors permitted by law. 

Available Shifts: AM: 8:00 am - 5:30 pm | Mid: 10:00 am - 6:30 pm | PM: 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm
