Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pharmacy Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy operations, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for helping others. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist pharmacists with filling and dispensing prescriptions accurately and efficiently

- Prepare medication orders by compounding, packaging, and labeling medications

- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed

- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving issues

- Process insurance claims and maintain accurate records

- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care

- Keep up-to-date with new medications and their uses, as well as any changes in regulations or procedures

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred

- 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician

- Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and procedures

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in computer and math skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
