Job Overview:

As a Pharmacy Technician at Jonesbororealtycompany, you will play a crucial role in our company's mission by providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. You will be responsible for assisting the pharmacist in dispensing medications, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the smooth operation of the pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist

- Maintain proper inventory levels and order medications as needed

- Accurately enter and maintain patient information in the pharmacy system

- Assist in the preparation of prescriptions and label them appropriately

- Process insurance claims and handle billing inquiries

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their needs and concerns

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

- Adhere to all pharmacy laws and regulations

- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure efficient workflow and excellent customer service

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification preferred

- Previous experience as a pharmacy technician is a plus

- Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and procedures

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Attention to detail and ability to work with a high level of accuracy

- Knowledge of pharmacy software and systems

- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
