About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bilingual Pharmacy Technician to join our team in Easton, Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and possess a strong understanding of pharmacy operations. You will play a crucial role in assisting with prescription processing, managing patient information, and ensuring efficient pharmacy workflow.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the accurate processing of prescriptions.
• Accurately enter and update patient information within the pharmacy system.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions.
• Restock and organize pharmacy inventory.
• Contact physician's offices to obtain necessary documentation for prescription processing.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service to all patients.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of pharmacy technician experience.
• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience with pharmacy software systems is a plus.
