Pharmacy Technician Highlights

• Job Summary: Fulfillment of prescriptions; Shipping; Prescription order entry
• Onsite: Twinsburg, OH (Employee must have transportation and availability to work on site for this role; this is not a remote work assignment)
• Required availability: 9am-5:30pm EST M-F
• This position is a W2 contract assignment with opportunity to hire on permanently (Temp to Hire)
• Pay rate: (USD)19 /hour - (USD)21/hour ($21/hr if PTCB certified)
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Pharmacy Technician Responsibilities:

• The Filling Technician is responsible for performing/controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. This may include functions of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, delivery, etc.
• Also responsible for the efficient flow of products from the point of product receipt from vendors to the shipment of products (via prescribed service parameters) to a variety of internal and external customers.
• Applies basic skills and techniques to complete routine tasks within assigned area
• Readily learns and applies new information and methods
• Works on basic and routine assignments
• Works within clearly defined Standard Operating Procedures
• Adheres to all quality guidelines
• All work is reviewed for accuracy
• Able to stand for long periods of time and able to handle picking up/ carrying weight up to 25lbs

Education/Experience:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Retail, mailorder and/or warehouse experience preferred but not required
• Must provide Active Registration with OH BOP (National Certification preferred, not required)
• Detail oriented
• Quality Focused
• Ability to prioritize
• Strong interpersonal skills
