Pharmacy Warehouse Technician

Description

Promptcare is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Warehouse Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for managing medical supply inventory, ensuring the accurate and timely distribution of pharmacy supplies, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will also assist in coordinating various warehouse operations to support overall workflow and compliance.

Reports to: Departmental Supervisor or Manager 

Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Location: Lenexa, KS

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Clean driving record of minimum three (3) years required
• Minimum 1 year experience in drug/medical supply purchasing preferred
• Basic computer/tablet skills and phone etiquette are highly desirable
• Good communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills 
• Organizational Skills

Job Responsibilities, included but not limited to:

• Receive incoming packages and freight
• Assist in organizing, counting, and managing medical supply inventory
• Performs general housekeeping, maintenance and organization of the dock and inventory 
• areas; includes hands-on cleaning and maintenance
• Assist with the coordination of incoming and outgoing promotional and marketing materials
• Pack and ship outgoing patient shipments
• Other duties as assigned

Physical Demands

While performing job duties, the employee is frequently required to communicate verbally and listen attentively. The role necessitates the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand as needed. Additionally, the position occasionally requires lifting office products and supplies weighing between 20 and 50 pounds.
