Join our team as a Fill Tech in Carnegie, PA!

Position Summary:
Join a pioneering pharmacy dedicated to offering medication compliance solutions for patients grappling with medication management challenges. As a Fill Tech, you'll play a crucial role in our operation, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of patient prescriptions. Operating in a closed-door pharmacy model, you'll work behind the scenes, meticulously preparing medication orders for delivery to patients, home-bound individuals, and small healthcare facilities.

• Location: Carnegie, PA
• Pay: $16-18/hour
• Hours: M-F 10-6 PM

Job Details:
- Calculate and verify correct dosages as per prescriptions.
- Fill patient prescription orders with precision and efficiency.
- Enter new and refill orders promptly and accurately.
- Process orders based on priority using our automated Filling Robot.
- Provide pharmacists with essential information on allergies, drug interactions, and therapeutic duplication flagged by our system.
- Assist internal and external customers courteously, consulting with pharmacists for order clarifications and concerns.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant government regulations, including HIPAA.

3-5 Must-Have Skills/Qualifications:
- Ability to stand and work in a filling environment.
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks; pharmacy experience not required.
- Success in roles with warehouse backgrounds appreciated for familiarity with repetitive tasks.

Soft Skill/Attribute Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent attendance record is essential.

Schedule/Shift:
- Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Flexibility to occasionally cover Saturday shifts.

Dress Code:
- Gray scrubs.
