At our practice, your calm hands and clinical confidence already give you a head start. We’ll train you in the rest—chairside assisting, digital dentistry, sterilization protocols, patient communication, and everything that helps our office run like a well-tuned heartbeat. 

• 
  What You’ll Do (We’ll Teach You!): 
  Support the doctor chairside during procedures


• Take digital scans


• Assist you in starting to get your X-ray license 


• Prepare operatories and maintain sterilization flow


• Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for


• Assist with documentation and treatment planning


• Grow your clinical skills every single week 

What You Already Bring as a phelbotomist: 

• Experience as a phlebotomist or similar clinical role


• Strong patient-care instincts


• Steady hands, calm energy, and excellent communication


• A desire to learn dentistry from the ground up


• Team-player mindset and reliability
