Position Summary
The Philharmonic is seeking a Part-Time Event Support member supports the successful execution of events at the Philharmonic Center. This is a hands-on, event-day role focused on setup and breakdown, on-site support during events, and coordination with vendors and facilities staff to ensure a smooth experience for clients and guests. Hours vary based on the event calendar and typically include evenings and weekends, with some administrative office hour availability preferred. Estimated hours starting around 20 per week.
