This leadership role supports prevention, treatment, and recovery services for individuals and families affected by substance use and behavioral health challenges.

The Opportunity
The Director of Philanthropy leads donor engagement and revenue generation, developing a comprehensive fundraising strategy aligned with organizational priorities. This role transforms community support into measurable outcomes and long-term sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and execute fundraising strategies
• Cultivate and steward donor relationships
• Oversee grants, campaigns, and events
• Partner with leadership and Board of Directors
• Strengthen community engagement and visibility
• Lead development team and fundraising systems
What Success Looks Like
• Achieve and exceed annual fundraising goals
• Increase major gifts and diversified revenue
• Strengthen donor retention and engagement
• Expand community partnerships
Qualifications
• 5–10+ years of nonprofit fundraising leadership
• Proven success meeting fundraising goals
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience working with Boards and executives
Compensation & Benefits
$113,089 – $137,592 annually (DOE)
