We are seeking a Store Team Member to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for Making, Baking and Selling our Pretzel Products in a fun team-oriented working environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare Store for Customers
- Make and Bake our Pretzel Products.
- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Explain products to customers
- Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock and fresh.
- Enter and process customer orders.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a chain store, retail store, restaurant, Pretzel Factory, and/or Bakery preferred
- Experience leading a team, shift, or store a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with customers
