Phlebotomist

Mountain Community Health Partnership (MCHP) is seeking a full time Phlebotomist. The Phlebotomist will be based in Celo but may be asked to travel to any MCHP site, based on clinic need.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for drawing blood and tagging samples.
- Ensuring accurate samples are draw and delivered to the testing laboratory.
- Excellent patient services: Answering questions and serving as an additional patient resource.
- Disposal of contaminated sharps in accordance with applicable laws and policies.
- Ensuring a sterile environment.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent. 
- Certification in Phlebotomy required.
- 2 years of phlebotomy experience preferred. 
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
