Phlebotomist - Lead

At Western Montana Clinic, we are continuing our 100-year tradition of providing excellent health care to the community. We are a group of local, independent providers practicing in multiple specialties. We are seeking a full-time Phlebotomist Lead to join our team at the Broadway Building Lab, downtown.

   Schedule is 40 hours per week; Monday - Friday, no weekends, or evenings

In this position you will:  

• Performs venipuncture, finger sticks, and other specimen collection as needed
• Uses lab and EHR software
• Provides excellent customer service
• Supervises phlebotomy staff and area to maintain high quality work standards
• Provides phlebotomy training as required
• Reviews and implements procedures and OSHA recommendations
• Maintains strict confidentiality according to the Confidentiality Policy and HIPPA standards
• Assists in drafting and updating policies and procedures as needed
• Performs all other related work as requested or required

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Possess valid state driver's license
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency
