Position Summary: We are looking for an energetic leader to supervise our amazing phlebotomy team; someone who knows how to balance hard work with fun. Helping us maintain our reputation as an organization of promoting friendly, competent, and efficient patient focused services.

Essential Job Functions: The supervisor will oversee specimen collection, charge capture, develop and maintain provider relationships, and work closely with our reference laboratory to ensure a timely test resulting process. Preform hiring, training, evaluation, and development of work schedules for employees. Monitoring and ordering of supplies

Qualifications: -High school diploma or equivalent. -Graduation from an accredited medical vocational institution with phlebotomy course diploma and phlebotomy certification preferred. -4-years previous phlebotomy experience. -Experience with processing and collection of complex reference lab orders. -Previous leadership experience in a phlebotomy work setting.

Hours: Position is a scheduled 40-hour work week. Shifts may vary as to the needs of the department. Phlebotomy collection hours are routinely from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday – Friday
