$19.80 - $29.70EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
High school graduate or equivalent
Two year age appropriate phlebotomy experience preferred
CPR Certification
LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, and/or REGISTRATION:
ASCP, AMT, ASPT or equivalent certification from an accredited Phlebotomy training program that includes successful completion of a certification exam with passing scores.

Basic computer skills
May require working any shift within the operation hours of the department and could include weekends and Holidays

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Exposed to infection from disease-bearing specimens or patients
Exposed to risk of bloodborne/airborne disease
Must wear protective equipment (gloves, gowns/lab coats, eye protection, face protection)

Subject to injury from sharps
May require judgment/action which could result in death of patient
