Phone Closer (Inside Sales Representative)

As a Phone Closer (Inside Sales Representative) , you will play a crucial sales role helping customers with their Air Conditioning needs and you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to prospective customers, generating leads, and closing sales over the phone.

• Prior experience as a Senior Service Technician and Sales Role or in a similar role
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Dependable self-starter, motivated
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Service Titan software
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer-focused mindset
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Meet predetermined goals for efficiency and quality
• Maintain a strong customer focus reflective of the company values while driving employee engagement, and customer satisfaction through high quality service.
• Working with Sales Manager to develop service tech budget that will produce the necessary revenue needed at the profit levels required to achieve profitability goals.

• Prior experience as a Senior Service Technician and Sales Role or in a similar role
• HVAC sales experience: 3+ years preferred
• Proficient Service Titan software

Benefits:

• Compensation: $70k plus performance pay
• Full time employment
• Monday -Friday 7:30 am -5:30 pm
