Job Description - Phone Receptionist/Appointment Coordinator



Full-time


Description

  • Answer phones
  • Schedule appointments for service department
  • Scanning documents
  • Various office duties
  • Work hours are Mon-Friday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.  (1 week day off)  & Saturday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Requirements

  • Phone skills handling a must.
  • Customer service experience a plus.
  • Will train the right candidate.
