Title: Phone Sales Appointment Setter – Hourly + Commission

About the Role:
We’re seeking in-office Appointment Setters with proven sales experience. This role is phone-based and focuses on converting warm leads into booked appointments for our field sales reps. No remote or hybrid work available.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Outbound calls to warm and hot leads
• Schedule qualified appointments for our field reps
• Track and achieve performance goals
• Deliver excellent customer experience over the phone

Qualifications:

• Minimum sales experience required (inside sales, call center sales, telemarketing, or collections)
• Money-motivated, goal-focused, and reliable
• Strong communicator with positive energy
• Must work in-office — no remote/hybrid

What You’ll Get:

• Base pay $14–$17/hr
• Incentives and bonuses = $55,000–$70,000 yearly potential
• Flexible part-time and full-time schedules
• Shifts available: 8am–4pm, 12pm–8pm, and weekends
