Job Description - Phone Triage

The NeuroMedical Center Clinic in Hammond, LA is looking for a motivated clinical professional to help with the following job duties.

Assist clinical staff in resolving patient issues/concerns in a timely manner.
Responsible for taking patient phone calls in regard to questions concerning treatment.
Must have strong phone and customer service skills
Ability to problem solve

Requirements

Must have Highschool Diploma or GED.

Approximately 1 year of medical experience required.

Monday - Friday 8-5 pm.
