About Doc’s Diesel

Doc’s is in a true scaling phase. We are building an omnichannel auto parts brand with ambition, speed, and high standards. That means we need builders, people who take ownership, move fast, solve problems, and want to help shape where the company goes next. This is a strong fit for someone who wants responsibility, visible impact, and the chance to grow inside a business that is aiming much bigger.

The Role

This role owns the silo and studio product photography that keeps our ecommerce and marketplace listings clean and consistent, and backs up our on-site Photographer and Videographer on lifestyle and brand shoots. It is built as a growth path: start as a hands-on studio assistant, build real skills on real jobs, and grow into a full Photographer or Videographer role as you prove it out.

What You’ll Do

• Shoot clean, consistent silo product photography for web, packaging, and marketplace listings

• Set up studio lighting, backgrounds, camera gear, and product staging for every shoot

• Prep, clean, and style diesel and automotive parts to meet our style guide

• Assist the Photographer and Videographer on set for lifestyle and brand shoots

• Edit and color-correct images in Photoshop to get them publish-ready

• Organize finished photo and video assets and track shoot requests through ClickUp

• Keep the studio, equipment, and props clean and shoot-ready

• Build your skills toward a Photographer or Videographer role over time

What You Bring

• Hands-on experience with photography or visual content creation: coursework, freelance work, an internship, or a strong personal portfolio

• Basic skills with a DSLR or mirrorless camera and studio lighting

• Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop

• A portfolio of your work, submitted with your application

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

Nice to Have

• Basic video capture or editing experience

• Interest in trucks, diesel, automotive, or enthusiast culture

Our Core Values

• Can Do Attitude

• Extreme Ownership

• Customer Focused

• No B.S.

• We > Me

Compensation
